Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a replacement on items that are damaged or defected due to Self Essentials, Inc. or shipping carrier. We will ship a new product of the same fragrance at no additional cost. Receipt of damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exchanges should be sent to Self Essentials, Inc. 1173 East 15th Street Brooklyn, NY 11230 within fourteen business days of invoice date for an exchange. All exchanges must be approved.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for purchases to customers living in NYS. A sales tax of 8.875% will be added to your purchase. Sales tax will automatically be calculated according to your shipping address.
