Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS within 4-5 business days once payment is received, 7-10 business days during the busy holiday season. You will be notified within 24 hours if there is a delay in filling your order. Your order will be packaged with the highest regard to the safe delivery of your products. Orders will be shipped from our business in perfect condition. If we make an error in filling your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will immediately rectify our mistake.

Shopping with Self Essentials, Inc. is safe and secure. We use Authorize.Net as our means of verification and payment system. Your credit card information is processed directly through their secure servers. This means we can never store your private information on our site. It is therefore impossible for hackers to retrieve your credit card or personal information from our website. Your personal information will never ever be shared with third parties!
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We recommend that you order small items to sample scents before committing to a large order. We will not accept returns due to the dislike of fragrance or color.
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. We offer a replacement on items that are damaged or defected due to Self Essentials, Inc. or shipping carrier. We will ship a new product of the same fragrance at no additional cost. Receipt of damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exchanges should be sent to Self Essentials, Inc. 1173 East 15th Street Brooklyn, NY 11230 within fourteen business days of invoice date for an exchange. All exchanges must be approved.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for purchases to customers living in NYS. A sales tax of 8.875% will be added to your purchase. Sales tax will automatically be calculated according to your shipping address.
Email
Your Email is very important! It is how we communicate with our customers. We want to provide prompt service to all our customers. We check orders several times a day. Please double check and verify that your email is correct. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number as soon as your package leaves our business. Your email confirmation will give you an estimated delivery date. Again, please double check the email that you provide to ensure you will are notified of this valuable information.
Invalid Shipping Address, Incomplete Shipping Address, Redirecting Packages In Transit or Refused Packages:
Please check and double check the "delivery" address that you provide. If the address is invalid or incomplete we cannot be responsible for such packages. Be sure to add Suite #'s, Apt #'s etc. If the carrier has to do what is called an "address correction" due to incomplete or invalid information provided by you, they can and do access fees of $5 - upwards and on average it is $5 to $10. Just leaving off a Suite or Apt # will incur such a charge. Please review this invoice carefully to ensure you have entered everything correctly. Please notify us immediately if you note an error in the information you provided.
If you call the shipping carrier and have the package rerouted to you at another address other than the address you provided, they do charge us additional shipping fees which will be accessed to you.
If you refuse a package upon delivery with the carrier that has been delivered in good condition according to the good faith agreement, you will be responsible for and charged for all shipping charges incurred as well as a 20% restocking fee.

All of our products are exceptional and are offered in good faith. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by Self Essentials and it's affiliates. Upon accepting delivery of your package you release Self Essentials and it's affiliates of any and all liability.
